Shane Macomber

At my absolute core, I am a family man. The relationships I share with my wife, Lindsay, our son, Dax, and our daughter, Ani, are the most cherished experiences of my life. These connections inspire my work as a photographer, and the honest, authentic images I create reflect the depth of these experiences.

My journey into photography began in 2003, with a background in photojournalism. While working at a small paper here in Vail, Colorado, I fell in love with the art of capturing moments as they unfold, telling stories through images.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve primarily worked as a luxury wedding photographer, in addition to lifestyle and fine art photography. This experience has deepened my craft and strengthened my ability to tell compelling, moment-driven visual stories.

When I’m not behind the lens, you can often find me outdoors with my family—whether we’re skiing, biking, or road-tripping in our van.
